Certificate in Advertising Design - 2009

The youngest design student at the Dunedin Campus has landed himself a job with the regions leading newspaper.

Jarrod Walsh left school at the beginning of this year to enrol in the Certificate in Advertising Design, and Certificate in Multimedia & Web.

Jarrod started his new job as a Colour-Correction Artist with the Otago Daily Times on 2 November.

“I’m very pleased and proud of Jarrod's achievement,” said tutor Archana Dhanda. “We must be doing something right, as four students from the Advertising Design course were selected to be interviewed for this position.”
